If you’re a member of Ropley Tennis Club then you’re a step closer to getting one. All you have to do is join British Tennis www.lta.org.uk and then sign up in the clubhouse for the draw, which will be held on 27th April 2010.

Caroline Bonney (01962 773877) has volunteered to help people who can’t follow simple instructions.

If you can’t get to the draw, just give a handwritten proxy note to an attending club member, and you’ll still be in with a chance.

It’s hoped that team captains, event organisers - indeed anyone with an RLTC message to convey - will use it regularly. To be a contributor, you’ll need an author’s sign-on - just email info@ropleytennis.org.uk to get set up.

The Forum, on the other hand, is a good place for conversations among all of the visitors to the site - you’ll need to register (just provide an email address and a password) and you’re set to go. If you’d like a new topic or category set up (… a ’subject’ for a forum) then leave a message in the ‘Ideas - web site’ forum and we’ll get it sorted out.
