Welcome to Ropley Lawn Tennis Club! We're a small, friendly and sociable club based in the
heart of the Hampshire countryside at Ropley in the UK. We have two floodlit, high-quality all-weather courts, offer
a range of activities to suit all abilities and ages, and we welcome new members.
The club is friendly and informal, and is run by a committee of volunteers.
We have around 120 members, representing all ages and abilities. There is a lively daytime and
evening coaching programme for both adults and children - we can offer coaching to anyone who
wants to learn the game.
We continue to run two mens' teams and two women's teams in the East Hampshire League.
We are always looking for members who might enjoy the added spice of playing in club matches - if you are interested please contact Janice Stratton on 773590.

On ThursdaysFree to all members, on Summer Thursdays 7.00pm - 9.00pm we have a coaching session for mixed ages and abilities focusing on drills and match play. All welcome.

Clubmark was awarded to RLTC in February 2011. Clubmark is a nationally recognised indication of quality administered by the LTA based on the National guidelines for best practice. Benefits of Clubmark include ongoing programme development, increased membership, increased participation, staff development, raised profile and access to more funding opportunities.
To maintain its Clubmark status Ropley Lawn Tennis Club must continue to:
- Ensure the club has a fair and dtransparent operational structure
- Adhere to best practice policies and procedures around safeguarding junior and adult members/users
- Deliver a comprehensive and all encompassing tennis programme for all ages and abilities
- Produce a regular clear plan of action for long term sustainability and future growth
